Robert DiabaResearch Lead & Co-founder

Robert is an alumnus of the Africa Centre for Energy Policy’s NextGen Resources Governance Leaders Program (ACEP). While at ACEP, he provided research support for policy research papers that focuses mostly on fiscal policy and revenue management in the extractive sector.

Robert graduated from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering. He is currently a postgraduate student at Heriot-Watt University’s Institute of Geo-energy Engineering where he is studying Subsurface Energy Systems (MSc). His area of interest in research includes fiscal policy, revenue management in the extractive sector, carbon capture & storage (CCS), energy transition, and climate change.
